Construction of Clean Room with Modular Wall Panel

Our dedicated technical team is very strong and competent with latest technology & standards. We follow the following standards/guidelines to construct our clean room:

ISO 14644-1:2015
FED 209E
cGMP
Powder Coated GI (PCGI)
Pre-Painted GI (PPGI)
Stainless Steel (SS-304)
Features
Panels are resistant to abrasion, chemicals and reagents
Panels are non–combustible, non–shredding, water and fire retardant
Panels have good impact resistance
Panel surface emits no particles
Panels have an appropriate balance of hardness and flexibility

Epoxy Resin Flooring
Vinyl Seamless Flooring
Features
Excellent chemical resistance
Impermeability to oils and aggressive agents
Resistance to wear caused by people, trolleys and moving vehicles
Resistance to wear caused by frequent washing
Antibacterial: We have special antibacterial flooring and the edges of the room are sealed and airtight with proper corner coving
Antistatic: Risk of static charge build-up in the floor can damage the equipment or even cause an ignition. Choosing an antistatic dissipative floor (ESD) will protect against such problems
Releasing no particle in the surroundings: Epoxy and polyurethane resins are inert and low in Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs), releasing no particles into the surrounding environment

Hinged Metallic Door (Single Leaf/Double Leaf)
Construction
The door leaf is constructed from 0.8mm/1.0mm/1.2mm/1.6mm thick zinc-coated galvanized steel sheet or SS-304. Zinc coating is 80-120 g/m2. Lock formed profile with internal stiffeners, 4.0 mm thick hinge reinforcing, hardware mounting plates, and lock protection. Doorframe from 1.2mm/1.6mm/2.0mm thick galvanized steel with mitered and welded corners, frame straps, Hinge reinforcing plates, fixing plates, and hardware mounting plates
Insulation
The door leaf is filled with either mineral wool, honeycomb paper/aluminum core, or polyurethane foam
Finish
Pure/Epoxy Polyester Powder coating on the galvanized steel door
Glazing
5.0 mm thick glass on both side indoor leaf / one glass in the middle
Fire Resistant

Up to 2 hours

Pass Box (Static/Dynamic)
